        Hello, everyone!

I am a lurker, and this is my first time posting. I have been
readiing for about a month now, and I enjoy the FML to no end. I live in
Montgomery County, Maryland, and I need some advice.

I owned a ferret a litlle while back. My parents had me sell her
because she *stank*. She was a Marshall Farms ferret (silver mitts female,
age ten wks.), and the people at the pet store told me that "*all* ferrets
stink for the first, oh, I'd say, first year". So I believed them. And after
a couple weeks, my parents couldn't stand her anymore, so I had to sell her
:(. I am currently ferret-less and depressed (double the :( ).

Anyway I should stick to the point. I was wondering if anyone had any
way to keep your ferret(s) completely or virtually odor-free. I would
appreciate *any* comments or advice (I am really desperate!).

Thanks a million to all who can respond. Happy Holidays to everyone
out there, lurkers or otherwise.

                                                Yours truly,

                                                        Carinne Prest
