For those of you who make up the "duck soup" for your sick ferrets
and have to feed them with a syringe, I've found that the easiest
way to grind up the hard food is with an electric coffee grinder. It
just takes a few seconds to turn it into a fine powder. And the
grinders are relatively inexpensive, about $20-$25.
