Oops - my mistake. I would go at 20 mg/lb for 5 days, then 10 mg/lb
for the rest of the time.

Actually, Pepto is 1/15th tab every six hours, but I'd settle for every
8 hours. The other med is Carafate, which can be given twice a day, but
many places don't carry it. Shame, because it is my first choice and also
comes in a liquid form nowadays.
