signatures for your petition and the morons that confronted you:
 
    Don't give up.  If it weren't for people like you, nothing would
happen.  Not all efforts will result in a positive outcome, but
without the effort there is no chance for it to change.  Remember,
"Better to try and fail then not to try at all!"
 
    Good luck educating these ignorant people.  They need some education!
