OK FMLers.......
 
My old couch was in such horrible shape that I never bothered to pay
attention to how everybody was ferret-proofing theirs.  Well, I have a
'new' old couch that I thought I could take the legs off, but when I did,
the couch wobbled and was much to short, so I had to put the legs back on.
 
Needless to say, there is now a hole in the shear lining underneath, and
they crawl up inside to go to sleep.
 
I think some of you may have stapled cardboard or paneling underneath
so they can't get up there?  Would any of you with success stories please
email to me what you did?  I don't want to take up space on the FML
rehashing old news, so private email is probably the way to go.
