I think you need to get a hold of a specialist as soon as possible. It
sounds as if there may be multiple problems. First of all, the wobbling back
and forth is probably due to low glucose levels. This can quickly lead to
seizures, a hypoglycemic coma, etc. To help with this, I would give Little 1/2
of a crushed Brewer's yeast tablet (NOT baking yeast) in the morning and in the
evening. I don't know about the rest of it. A swollen vulva and hair loss
usually indicate adrenal disease. If one adrenal was removed, but the other was
also affected, you may still see signs of the disease. Whenever I see green
coming from somewhere I usually think of some kind of infection. I'm glad you
are having Little checked soon. I usually put the yeast in a little bit of
chicken baby food (with a little bit of warm water to thin it a little). I
forgot to mention that low glucose problems are usually caused by insulinomas
in the pancreas. Good Luck.
