All that I know of to do to try to get his support is to try to write letters.
If everyone w/ a ferret in CA wrote to him- he would be covered in a pile of
mail, too busy digging his way out of the office to be able to run again!  :>
Really, though- if he finds that there are this many people who would happily
vote in a less-anti-ferret person, he will have to leave office, or change his
mind.  So- ALL CA FERRET PEOPLE: write many letters to everyone!  Senate, house,
 gov, etc!!!!  And let our 'dear' gov. know that you will vote in someone else!
C'mon- I know people w/ ferrets that haven't written anyone yet.  if I get them
started and you get everyone you know started- talk to your vet, pet store, etc
to let them know to tell ferret owners this- we stand a _much_ better chance!
Maybe if any of you non-illegal-ferret owners (in other states) want to send
support of ferret letters, too, it may help......
