For the first few years I fed my ferrets the stuff they sell in stores
labeled ferret food.  This got a bit expensive, so I started feeding them
cat food.  Then I found out that I could buy 50 lb. bags of laboratory
animal food for about $29 ( they last about a year), I've been doing this
for about one year (I'm on my second bag).  I would like to know what
other people feed their ferrets (usual answer is store bought cat food
which I don't believe would be any better for ferret bladders than feline
bladders).
