The Orlando show scheduled for late March?
   Well, that is really NOT a ferret show - it is the HSUS Animal Care Expo.
 STAR* ferrets as well as other shelters will be having information available
there for Animal Control, shelter workers, wildlife rehabbers, and other
humane groups/interests.  It costs $30.00 to get inthe door, but that is good
for all the days, the seminars, and some free meals!
 
WANTED - RETIREMENT HOMES
for older ferrets in good health.
 
Pet Pals in Northern Virginia is looking for people interested in
giving older (5+ years) ferrets a loving home on a permanent or
temporary (foster care) basis.
 
Pet Pals pays for all medical visits, shots, etc.  but with all the
pet ferrets and adoptees at the shelter, can not give the attention to
older animals that they deserve.  Won't you help?
