Since so many people have had negative things to say about pet shop
ferrets, could you list the names of some ferret breeders in the Reno,
Nevada area.  We would like to purchase one or possibly two ferrets in the
fall.  Since we can't shop around locally, we plan to make a run across the
border and a pet shop seems like the logical source for us.  Are there
certain times during the year when these animals are bred, and therefore
only available a few times a year?  If anyone had very positive experiences
with breeders in Oregon, we could probably drive the extra 3-4 hours to go
there, but Reno would probably be the best.
