My two cents worth on Ceili's affection for the radiator would
be to keep her away. I have found that ferrets are not very heat
sensitive. On the list we have heard many a story of ferrets almost
crawling into fireplaces while in use, which included my dear sweet
ferret Hun-Hun. So I would pile some bricks under the radiator maybe
so Ceili can not crawl under it. Or fashion a wire fence around it
so she can't get near it. Maybe spray some "Bitter Apple" under
and around the radiator to deter her. Anything to keep her safe.
