  You may try wetting a Q-tip with Olive Oil or K-y and inserting it
a little ways into the rectum (note the word _little_).  I've had to
perform this procedure on several lizards (at a vets recommendation).
Not exactly a pleasant chore, but it was necessary.  This should (depending
on where the problem is) either disimpact or stimulate a bowel movement.
