-> acceptable. I was pleased to find out about Linatone from the
-> Mail List and have stopped giving it. But what about all of the
-> other things.
-> ...
What's the problem with linatone? I may have missed that article,
or it came out before I got on the mailing list. Below is the
only article I've seen regarding linatone. I have a product
called feratone which is just linatone for ferrets. I'd like to
think that the dosage/concentration is specific for ferrets, but
it's probably just linatone in a different package.
[See below. Probably just linotone. Might be a bit more dilute]

-> Please be advised, while Linatone is a wonderful vitamin supplement to
-> the ferret's diet, it can have toxic effects when given in excess. Excess
-> fat soluble vitamins, such as A, D, and E are not rapidly expelled from
-> the body. The will accumulate in different organs, eventually reaching
-> toxic levels. So please limit your offering of Linatone to one or two
-> drops, which should only be given once or twice a week.
->
-> [Our vet considers a couple of drops per day to be okay]
Anyway, I don't give it much, just an occasional squirt on my finger...
