{Chris--I am trying a new method of sending an article to the FML, so that
I may quote directly from the last issue. I hope that this works!! Thanks
in advance for your patience if it doesn't, and if not, then I promise I'l
never never do it again.}
[You did pretty good... ;-) The only comment I have is try to avoid
"justifying" text that has ">" leaders.]
Howdy!!!
Victoria: Re: Loss of Antigone, Affording Pets. So sorry to hear about
the loss of your Antigone. I lost Tinkerbell, my feline companion of 18
years, almost two years ago. I was not as quick to act as you, and have
often regretted the suffering she endured because I could not face losing
her. She was my constant companion for most of my life, and I still miss
her, even though I have four animals in my house at present. As for the
"affordability" issue, it seems to me that you made the best choices for
you. While I agree that one should not be a pet owner if one cannot foot
the bill--the very reason I do not own more pets at this time--it is also
true that owners have to prioritize (sp?) with regards to all the expenses
in their life. If some others do not agree that you made the right choice,
so be it. We cannot change their opinions, nor should we want to. But be
assured that you made the best choice for yourself, for Antigone, despite
the rest of us. IMHO.

pretty sight. Not only >is the hair extremely thin, but the tail appears

Our albino, Spice, had a very similar problem, which truned ou to be a flea
allergy. Two weeks treatment with a medicine from the vet--a clear liquid
applied directly to the skin--and no more problem. Good luck!!

>Now for my question: Do Feerets Snore?
Ours do. So do our cats. Hope you get your dinner!!
I have almost completed my collection of postings for the McDowell's. If
there is anything that you want to include personally, or any article you
think should not be left out, please e-mail it to me by Monday, March 14th.
I think of it as an "Information Care Package".
Take care,
