I need alittle help. I just got Sebastian back from a three day
stay at my vets. It seems my oldest ferret may be in big trouble.
Dr. williams or Dr. Brown I would like your input on the blood work.
Sebastian seems to be suffering from a few possible problems all of
wich I don't like. But will do what I have to. My vet is holding
out on exploratory surgery. He's on antibiotics, Sustical and Kaytee(sp)
diet.
His blood work looks like this. Some of wich I'm don't
understand. Should my vet look for other things in his blood work?
BUN -29
Creal .4
Gamma GT 12
SGPT/ALT 130
SGOT/AST 58
Glucose 86
I'm sorry if I'm cluttering up the list with medical questions but
I've tried to email Dr. Williams but I keep getting my mail bounced back
to me.
Also Dr. Williams my vet would like a coppy of your article on
Spleens. I guess she's seen parts of it here and there, but she would
like the whole article. If it's possible could you Email me it or
snail mail me a hard coppy.
Thanks for any and all input.
