Yet another post about Scooter, so bear with me . . .
 
He's urinating strangely again.  More often than not when I pick him up,
he's "leaked" a bit onto his fur.  This morning, I saw him deposit just a
drop of urine on the carpet.  This concerns me because it resembles
symptoms I've seen in human relatives with bladder infections.  Do I need
to take Scooter to see the vet?
