Sigh.  I'm still getting bounces from people's mailboxes that filled up as a
result.  As mentioned in an earlier issue, the S.T.A.R. listing is available
from the archives.  It is more up to date and you can "subscribe" to it if you
wish.  Please see issue 605 for details.
