hello folks:
 
are there any laws in ohio about breeders of ferrets?  i posted a while
ago about two baby ferrets that were sold to some aquaintences of mine
that were five weeks old,  sickly and hadn't yet opened their eyes.
well, they died and i finally found
the phone number of the breeder in toledo.  i would like to know if there
are any rules as to the age ferrets can be sold and rules on the conditions
the ferrets are kept in.  i heard from these people that these ferrets were
kept in terrible conditions.
