     Here is all I could come up with. The WHM ("Weasel Help Monthly")
     states that FURO membership is $25 in U.S. and $35 out of U.S.

     I have not read either of the two books....someone had said they had
     heard about them and needed info on how to get them so I had posted
     the info but cannot say what their content is.
 
     You might just try sending them mail asking about shipment costs to
     Canada.
