Not to make light of a bad situation or anything, but that phrase in the
Utah legislation, "ferrets running at large" sent me off on a mental
tangent:
Imagine what such a world would be like --
Ferrets jumping into babies' strollers to steal their toys.
Ferrets walking up to people standing at bus stops, and attempting to steal
their shoes _with the people in them_.
Ferrets drinking wine coolers while the humans nap in the sun.
Tenants demanding that their landlord replace broken window screens, because
they keep finding ferrets in their bed.
