Actually...  I did realize that it was a forgery, and that didn't
change my decision, though I am not trying to stir the issue up, just
correcting a fallacy.
 
[You certainly didn't know that Karl already knew that I would
refuse that message, so just bided his time until the mailing
list was on autopilot.]
 
On a completely unrelated note:
I unfortunately have found that I do not have time to read
the ferret-list anymore, and would like to be unsubscribed.
