I just heard from one of the veterinary assistants at the animal hospital
that it has recently become legal for ferrets to be sold in RI! (Previously
they were legal to own but not sell). Anyone have confirmation on this?
 
Also, how does one go about getting a license to keep a ferret in NJ?
