Way to go Michelle ! It is scary when people in positions of
power and/or authority [supposed anyway] are fountains of mis-information.
Hopefully she'll at least think about what you told her.
About hair re-growth : V'orri's hair is growing back already. He
has peach fuzz undercoat filling in his bald spots already. His adrenal
gland was removed on February 11th, and I noticed the re-growth over the
weekend, so say 3 1/2 weeks for it to be noticable. What I notice more than
that, though, is that I no longer break out in hives when I pick him up.
Somthing about his coat texture changed when he began having problems,
and I was relieved to find that I can handle him again without exceptional
precautions against contact with his fur. Having a fuzzy that nothing but
your fingertips can touch is no fun.
