My wife and I have had ferrets for about 9 years now.
Total resident animal population:
5 ferrets - 2 jills and 3 hobs (all neutered) ages 3 to 7
            all sable except 1 albino
 
3 cats - all neutered males ages 1, 4 and 17
         1 black dom. shorthair 1 black dom. plush
         1 blue oriental spotted shorhair
 
Most of the postings I see in rec.pets seem to come from the east coast.
 
[perhaps because ferrets are illegal in the most populus state on the west coast
]
 
Do we have any breeders in Washington state??
