I was recently offered a job in Nashville, and was wondering if anybody could
give me the scoop on ferrets in that area.  In particular, are they legal
there, can you recommend a good ferret vet in the area, are there any
"ferret clubs", etc.
 
Of course, if you wanted to give me your opinion on living in the Nashville
area in general, that would be fine too! ;-)
