I wrote an article on ferret legislation for a reporting
class. The focus is on whether ferret legislation is likely
in Washington (it's not--take a deep breath).
 
I also talked about how dangerous ferrets are compared
w/dogs and cats; the legislation in CA and what it's based on;
how ferret legislation "happens."
 
It is a STUDENT article, so I cannot vouch for its eloquence, etc.
If you want to publish it (some people said they might send it to their
local paper), that's ducky, but *CONTACT ME FIRST.* I want to send it for
review first. (Also, it's copyrighted, so you need my permission.)
