     I sent this to both the FML and you....I was hoping to get this out
     rather quickly since there is a so little time left.....

     Ok.....I finally received these numbers in the mail so I thought I
     would share them. What has happened is that there was already a vote
     in the assembly. There were 38 yes, 25 no's and 17 missing. This fell
     3 votes short of majority. It was granted another chance because of
     how many missing and how close it was.
     These are the numbers of CA assemblypersons which either voted no or
     were absent. Please CALL if you can!
     The re-vote is in the afternoon on Thursday!! Of note: All no votes
     except for one are democrats! Ferrets Anonymous feels that it may be
     an attempt to humble sponsor Jan Goldsmith (you know, political
     games).
     Let these people know that you vote and that your opinion matters and
     that they should represent you!!
