Mukluk is a petco aminal. He is the third one I have had from there.
Yes, they all are marshall farms aminals but where else can we get a
ferret? There is no training offered by any seller, just a hand out
for the cash to trade the aminal for cash. The general public needs to
be trained not only for ferret ownership but all aminals. So many are
abused by total ignorance. I have rescued quite a few that came from
homes that had no idea what the aminal needs and for sure the ferret
had suffered until they got here. The real problem is the public at
large where they see the ferret or any aminal and decide "oh !!! That
is cute, I want one !!!." and there it begins. The only correctness
is the cuteness. The rest is pure hell and pain for the aminal. And
that simply will never end.

We can make all kinds of laws but who will follow them and who would
enforce them ? Is a losing battle no matter how you turn it.

I am thankful for the little fur ball that wakes me up every morning
with his sniff sniff sniff in my ear telling me 'its time to get up!!!'
With a pluffer of kisses all over my arms he is carried to his cage for
the day. Glad to have him !
