Well, it got too controversial for me, because I know all too well
about people misunderstanding others' words. I used to want to try to
make the light bulb come on. I don't do that much anymore, especially
with people I don't know.

BUT, I can tell you this. The information put out by the University of
Alaska on food preservation is spot on. I have taken a canning class
through UAA and get their info on food preservation on a regular basis.

When Lonny said, "I would also like to repeat that the University of
Alaska is one of the world's foremost authorities on preserving food.
They know what they are talking about." he was right.
