It's called Ferret Rx, smells just like Vicks. But it contains Balsam,
Camphor, oil of oregano and oil of rosemary in a corn oil base. It's
the camphor that smells like Vicks but ingredients are different.
Directions say to put a couple drops outside of each nostril.

I've used it only once. I get various stuff turned in with ferrets.
