a win from Sandy: a very affordable alternative to litter

You will see this on 12/12/12 Remember to note also when the time is

Before Sandy hit is became impossible to find litter anywhere, and
with the markets and distribution chains affected for weeks it also
was impossible to find it for quite some time afterward.

We took to using several newspaper sections, each several pages thick,
layered in litter boxes. Guess what? They turn out to be way, way
easier for litter box clean-up AND they also turn out to be better for
odor control (partly because they are so much easier for clean-up). So,
this became a huge win for us!

Sukie (not a vet)  Ferrets make the world a game.
