LegalizeFerrets.org has contacted an attorney to represent us against
the California Fish and Game Commission.

This came about because the Commission told the LA Times that our
preliminary Environmental Impact Report was "too limited and not
scientifically valid."  We filed a Public Records Request Act. We
simply asked who read the document and received a CD with these
files, available at http://ferretsanon.com/PublicRecords/

It is pretty obvious no one at the Fish and Game Commission ever read
the document. I know they wouldn't accept it physically.

Our hoped-for attorney said we may have a case based on our due process
rights being violated. The Fish and Game Commission has a policy in
place to delist animals from their prohibited wildlife list and not
only will they not start it with ferrets; they are unethically
frustrating our efforts.

We need $2500 of which $465 was raised last night by 14 donations.
