In response to Nancy Park's post.

Ms. Park was mailed a very detailed letter, which she signed for, of
the reasons why she is banned from the AFA. To start, Ms. Park has had
a very long history of anti-AFA campaigning. Just last year Nancy and
2 former AFA officers failed at an attempt to take-over the AFA. The
failed take-over consisted of private conference calls behind the backs
of AFA founders and other officers and directors. This more than likely
stems from years of complaining how she doesn't agree with the show
standards as she has a separate set of breeding ideas not in line with
the standards and ethics developed by the AFA.

Furthermore, it wasn't until Ms. Park attempted to steal the AFA logo
and other intellectual property, through an attempt to secure the AFA
ferret logo trademark as her own, that the AFA finally decided to ban
Ms. Park. She set up a website to sell t-shirts with our AFA logo and
no doubt had other plans to profit from its usage. You can view her

Despite Ms. Park's false claims that she has used our logo
commercially, trademarked logos have an unlimited lifespan of
protection. The AFA now has to spend money that should be used for
ferret causes to fight for our intellectual property and then fight
for damages in order to recover the money spent.

It's very unfortunate that the AFA is now being put in this situation.
This will be the only response that the AFA will post on this private
matter. We are not interested in getting into a debate with Ms. Park or
any one of her affiliates on the FML or in private email and we will
not be entertaining any further debates on this situation.
