Can I get an idea on what Des Lorin Implants cost?

Our vet has them but they cost $188.00 which is the same price we paid
when they were imported but now they are available here in the US. That
$188.00 is for just the implant and doesn't include an office visit
although our vet usually doesn't charge for the office visit if we're
just getting an implant.

I just wonder if it can be found cheaper? I live about an our north of
Detroit Michigan
