There are a number which have changed over the years and many of us who
had time when younger no longer have time to keep up such lists and
usually lack time for questions, but here are some places a person can
go find hard info. I ask that those who add to the list do so with this
subject header so that people can use the subject box at the separate
FHL Archives, or the "list by group" option in the message section of
the FHL itself.

First, from my normal sig lines but with notes, so almost always right
there for everyone (but some will be outdated with no time to do
anything about that):

http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/ferrethealth/
(complete with links, files, compilations, and health photos)
http://ferrethealth.org/archive/
(easily used)
http://www.miamiferret.org/
(the entries are kind of old but things like the section on blood
values and what they mean, plus when they are acceptable or not)
http://www.ferrethealth.msu.edu/
(very up to date with much of the latest info from true experts)

Almost anyone can do this. I even known someone who is blind who
searches using a program that reads to her but sometimes needs help
from others.
