I am not an AFA member and have no stake in the argument but i got
curious. Note in the federal page with the URL above that the holders
of a trademark do not need to register it, so it is unlikely that they
would have to repeatedly reregister it despite what anonymous wrote.
Reading more indicates that most likely the AFA trademark simply
belongs to the AFA.
