We have had our three kids for about four years now, and I still don't
know what it is about ferrets...

Let me start here: I have two dogs, and before ferrets I was always a
dog person. My dogs were always my children and I love them more than
anything. It seems though, that ever since we got our little babies,
ferrets moved into the children role, and the dogs, well they are my
dogs... Don't get me wrong, I would still do anything for them, and I
do love them dearly, but the ferrets have (unbeknownst to me) pushed
the dogs down a tiny bit in the family roll. Sometimes the dogs make
me furious, blood boiling mad, but the ferrets have probably ruined
thousands of dollars worth of stuff, and we just giggle at how cute and
clever they are. What happened to me? If I have the worst day of my
life, I come home and give them a snuggle, and all my stress seems to
melt away... and then Annabelle will nip my nose, and again "Ha, ha,
ha, she is mad at me for not picking her up faster... how cute", and
Scooter will do his lick, lick, chomp and I will be thrilled at how
happy he is to see me! And Oly, well as always he gives me my ration
of wonderful kisses and that is always what I need after a bad day (Or
any kind of day!)!

I just don't know what it is about ferrets!!!
