Hello. I'm the proud owner of a baby female ferret. Just bought it
about a week ago, and litter box trained it in 2 days, so I'm happy.
It's getting into the habbit of nibbling on fingers and toes though,
not enough to hurt, but I'm worried this may change as she gets bigger.
The pet store said it's normal for ferrets to bite on things when young,
but is this something I stop her from doing? She seems to understand the
word no now, but I dont know if I should discourage all biting/nibbling
when she is playing or whatever. I think part of it might be because she thinks
I have food in my hands because she will nibble on my fingers right after
I hand feed her a snack. Any opinions would be appriciated.
