Nell, I would get that information in writing from the airline and get
the names of the people who are telling you this information so that
when you arrive at the airport to leave, you will have proof/validation
of the agreement and price that you were told, so there won't be any
last minute hangups with the animals. Sounds like there are a lot of
people over there who like to throw a wrench into things with wrong
information, and/or hoops to jump thru.
