Giving Tree thank yous

I'm getting my Giving Tree gifts packed up and was wondering if there
is a tactful way of requesting a simple thank you via email. It sounds
like I'm requesting to be thanked but really I just want to know that
the package arrived and do not want the shelter taking extra
time/trouble with videos or photos or mailing cards. I understand that
these are busy people and also know that not receiving a thank you has
left a bad taste for some in previous years. How to simply word it as
to not offend and make it easier for all?
