Hi,
I use Good Mews Cat Litter for my ferrets' litter boxes. It's made
from recycled paper (hence the name), which is formed into cylindrical
pellets. It's non-clumping, relatively dust-free, but its claims of
odor control fall short.

A 30 pound bag costs around $10 when not on sale. I generally purchase
it at Safeway or Winco.
