Subject:
transmission strangeness, hindend weakness

Somehow some of my own wording wound up with quote marks in my FML post
yesterday. I think that I've seen that problem sometimes happen in
privately exchanged mails, too, both mine and those of others when a
not quoted section appears between two quoted sections, so I think
that sometimes in transmission there might be a scramble.

Anyway, to tell the words of others from my words in that post this
one worked:

Catherine, your vet needs to determine the case of hind end weakness
and treat accordingly. Insulinoma is the most common cause and the
dosing for that changes through the course of the disease, but it also
can happen for a wide range of other reasons. Nothing takes the place
of regular veterinary care, I'm afraid, so unless the cause is known to
be untreatable that is the first step *if* not already done at least a
few times during this to try to find the cause and treat it.
