Have you ever noticed some peoples' names appear over & over again on
this list (and others!) willing to help ferrets everywhere?

We are in contact with many other shelters out there, and the name of
one angel comes up a lot. Her name is Libby Nelson. As you may know,
she was one of the three people who contributed towards the fuel for
the transport of Sandi Robinson`s last five hospice kids. What you may
not know, is how many shelters she brings joy to, throughout the entire
year--not just at Christmas. Libby makes bedding & sleepy sacks, etc.
and her homemade toys are absolutely precious. The kids who love
stuffies, hide them all around the room. Some jingle, some crackle,
etc.

Yesterday, we received a whole box of Libby's masterpieces -- her
adorable little toys. There are enough for the new kids and all of the
others too. There was the sweetest note inside the box, sending warm
Christmas wishes. It was so much fun watching the ferrets drag their
new treasures behind the cages, and into hidden places LOL.

It has been a rough year here. Much illness & loss. (In
sanctuary/hospice work, you expect it, but it still hurts!) The
box from Libby touched my broken heart.

Libby, you are a very special angel. Thank you so much!
