When they say 'free' shipping on purchases over a certain amount, they
don't give you that discount if you pay with Paypal. I asked them why I
was not receiving it (again) and it whet from the person I was talking
with, to a gloor superviser, to another superviser, then to someone
higher. I was eventually told that they just can't do it with Paypal.
I asked why they don't just give a credit, give some product or just
refund the shipping to Paypal. They just said they aren't able.
