I have a little girl w very similar symptoms, including very high
liver values and treated the same way. She has a Deslorelin implant
for adrenal. Since my vet had had success in treating cats w Denamarin
from Nutramax inc. We started with the feline pill, but it was too 
asty when crushed. We changed to the K9, 1/4 tab crushed & added
to .5cc watery chix soup, using a syringe to feed. She then is fed
Bravo Balance an hour later. Within about 2-3 months, she doubled
in weight & her liver values are normal! Might be worth a try.
