I was just asked for how to find these now, so copying to both the FHL
and FML for others:

Yes, the AFIP was dissolved.

You can go to Brewster Cale's Archives site:
http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

In search put:
http://www.afip.org/ferrets

Then scroll to Wayback Machine

IF it allows you to go directly then
<http://web.archive.org/web/20000816025117/http://www.afip.org/ferrets/>

and

<http://web.archive.org/web/20000816025122/http://www.afip.org/ferrets/ECE/ECE.html>
can link you to some of the files. You will want to keep copies on your
computer.
