When I had a ferret with a tilted head it ended up a fungal infection
in the ear. Came on fast and was so bad the poor little guy could only
walk in circles! Till he was better I limited his out of cage time to
inside the ferret playpen cuz he was bumping too much stuff.

I didn't see the initial post for this just others' comments so if you
haven t already done so - definitely get him in to the vet. My little
guy cleared up quickly once the vet gave us Gentizol.
