URGENT!!! HELP NEEDED!
Heather in Choctaw Oklahoma needs help to save her and her daughter's
ferret Diva. Her daughter wanted a ferret for her birthday and Heather
found one on craigslist. She looked small and thin. They said they had
been feeding her cat food, so she put her on a quality ferret food.
Diva took a turn for the worse and was rushed to the vet. Even though
they didn't have the money the vet put Diva on an IV and did some
x-rays and found a foreign object and said they would have to do
exploratory surgery to get it out. But they would have to stabilize
her first. Heather doesn't have the money for the $1500 surgery and
is reaching out to the ferret community to help save Diva.
