The gv't wants $60K more US dollars brought into the country for the
clinic. Otherwise they cancel my license. HA. I guess they cancel. Big,
big dissapointment, given all the time and energy I and others have put
into the project.

Dr Sandra's donation wont go to waste, though. A vet friend will pay
the various fees and duties through me and will get and use the
equipment.
