Dear Old Buddy Possum,

We are here at Rainbow Bridge and ready to greet you with so many of
your other friends that came through the door of the Lake Road Ferret
Shelter looking for sanctuary. You worked hard to inform so many, train
other reporters and keep all in line at the shelter, especially Mum.

For certain our Momma on earth will tell Jillie Feet and Scooter (a
Possum impostor) of your passing. Our adoptive Poppa is a Civil
War/history enthusiast who loves words, particularly those of older
times. This was a remembrance I recall he gave me for one of my
preaching sessions for the loss of a beloved ferret here, Maurice.

Once you arrive at the Bridge, I hope you will come with Lukie, Eggie
Bear, Sammie, Traveler, Charles and myself, The Reverend J. Jackson
Weasel and together take some time and "let us cross over the river
and rest under the shade of the trees."
